2. Jakie dane przetwarzamy
konto: adres e-mail, skrót kryptograficzny hasła, język, rola, rodzaj konta i status weryfikacji;
urządzenia i instalacje: numery seryjne loggera i falownika, nazwa, model, firmware, uprawnienia, udostępnienia i dane organizacji instalatorskiej;
działanie instalacji: telemetria, energia, alarmy, błędy, ustawienia, kopie konfiguracji, presety i raporty;
bezpieczeństwo zapisów: wartość przed zmianą, zatwierdzony cel, odczyt zwrotny, wynik, czas, konto i urządzenie;
opcjonalna dokładna lokalizacja wskazana do pogody przy instalacji;
powiadomienia: token urządzenia, wybrane kanały, język, zdarzenia i status dostarczenia;
zakupy: identyfikatory produktu i transakcji, sklep, status uprawnienia i historia subskrypcji; nie otrzymujemy pełnych danych karty;
bezpieczeństwo serwera: adres IP, czas, typ żądania, identyfikator sesji, błędy i dane niezbędne do wykrywania nadużyć;
po zgodzie analitycznej: losowy identyfikator instalacji aplikacji, typ urządzenia i systemu, przybliżony region, zdarzenia użycia, ekrany, czas sesji i diagnostyka; w Clarity także rekonstrukcja układu ekranu i interakcji, z maskowaniem opisanym poniżej.
3. Cele i podstawy prawne
wykonanie umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO): konto, monitoring, sterowanie, raporty, subskrypcja, wsparcie i usunięcie konta;
uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f): bezpieczeństwo, zapobieganie nadużyciom, audyt operacji na falowniku, diagnostyka, ustalenie i obrona roszczeń; możesz wnieść sprzeciw;
zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a): dokładna lokalizacja, opcjonalne kanały powiadomień oraz niezależne zgody na GA4 i Clarity. Wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność wcześniejszego przetwarzania.
4. GA4 i Clarity — tylko po zgodzie
Google Analytics 4 służy do zbiorczych statystyk ekranów, stabilności, utrzymania użytkowników i skuteczności zakupu. Nie ustawiamy identyfikatora użytkownika, nie wysyłamy e-maila, numerów seryjnych, telemetrii ani wartości ustawień. Reklamy, Google Signals i personalizacja reklam pozostają wyłączone.
Microsoft Clarity służy do wykrywania problemów interfejsu poprzez rekonstrukcję sesji i interakcji. Całe drzewo aplikacji jest objęte ścisłym maskowaniem treści; tekst, obrazy, pola formularzy, e-mail, numery seryjne, telemetria i wartości ustawień nie powinny być czytelne w nagraniu. Clarity rejestruje układ, przejścia i miejsca interakcji. Nie używamy nagrań do profilowania ani decyzji o użytkowniku.
Zgody są odrębne, domyślnie wyłączone i zapisane lokalnie na urządzeniu. Można je zmienić w Konto → Prywatność i analityka. Po wycofaniu zatrzymujemy dalsze zbieranie; dane przesłane wcześniej podlegają okresom retencji i żądaniom usunięcia dostawcy.
5. Odbiorcy i transfery
Główne dane aplikacji przechowujemy na prywatnym serwerze DigitalOcean we Frankfurcie w UE. W zależności od funkcji odbiorcami są: DigitalOcean; Sendinblue/Brevo (wiadomości systemowe); Google/Firebase (powiadomienia i — po zgodzie — GA4); Microsoft Ireland/Microsoft Clarity (po zgodzie); Apple lub Google Play (zakupy); Open-Meteo (współrzędne dla pogody). Dostawcy otrzymują tylko dane potrzebne do danej funkcji.
Google i Microsoft mogą przetwarzać dane także poza EOG. Korzystamy z dostępnych prawnych mechanizmów transferu, w szczególności decyzji stwierdzającej odpowiedni stopień ochrony, EU–US Data Privacy Framework oraz standardowych klauzul umownych, zależnie od usługi i odbiorcy.
6. Przechowywanie
FREE nie zapisuje historii telemetrycznej poza minimalnym stanem koniecznym do działania;
PRO przechowuje historię w czasie aktywnej subskrypcji; po wygaśnięciu chronimy ją przez 30 dni, wysyłamy przypomnienia, a następnie usuwamy;
dane konta przechowujemy do usunięcia konta, a dane rozliczeniowe, bezpieczeństwa i audytu dłużej tylko przez okres wymagany prawem lub konieczny do obrony roszczeń;
GA4: dane użytkownika i zdarzeń ustawiamy na maksymalnie 14 miesięcy; raporty zbiorcze mogą być dostępne dłużej;
Clarity: dane odtwarzania są co do zasady przechowywane 30 dni, a oznaczone lub zagregowane dane do 9 miesięcy zgodnie z ustawieniami i zasadami Microsoft.
7. Usunięcie konta i prawa
W aplikacji wybierz Konto → Usuń konto i dane. Usuwamy konto, sesje, presety, lokalizację, przypisania, telemetrię i alarmy. Audyt może zostać zanonimizowany albo zachowany w minimalnym zakresie, gdy wymaga tego bezpieczeństwo, prawo lub obrona roszczeń. Instrukcja: usuwanie konta.
Masz prawo dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia, przenoszenia danych, sprzeciwu wobec uzasadnionego interesu i wycofania zgody. Możesz złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych lub organu nadzorczego w swoim kraju. Nie podejmujemy wobec użytkowników decyzji wyłącznie automatycznych wywołujących skutki prawne.
8. Bezpieczeństwo, osoby małoletnie i zmiany
Stosujemy HTTPS, haszowanie haseł, ograniczone sesje, kontrolę dostępu, odczyt przed zapisem, odczyt zwrotny i audyt. Żaden system nie daje całkowitej gwarancji bezpieczeństwa. Aplikacja nie jest kierowana specjalnie do dzieci; osoba bez pełnej zdolności do zawarcia umowy powinna działać za zgodą przedstawiciela. Nie prosimy o dane dzieci inne niż konieczne dane konta.
O istotnej zmianie polityki poinformujemy w aplikacji lub e-mailem. Jeżeli zmiana wymaga nowej zgody, nie uruchomimy danego przetwarzania bez jej uzyskania.
9. Niezależność i znaki
Kontrola falownika: Afore (Inverter Control for Afore) jest niezależną aplikacją i nie jest powiązana, sponsorowana, autoryzowana ani zatwierdzona przez Afore. Nazwa i logo Afore należą do ich właściciela i są używane wyłącznie do wskazania przeznaczenia i kompatybilności na podstawie art. 14 ust. 1 lit. c i ust. 2 rozporządzenia (UE) 2017/1001.

2. Data
We process account details; device and installation serials, models and permissions; telemetry, energy, alarms, settings, presets and reports; write audit data; optional location for weather; notification tokens and delivery; store product and transaction identifiers; IP address, session and security logs. We do not receive full card details.
After analytics consent, GA4 can receive a random app-instance ID, device and OS, approximate region, screen and usage events and diagnostics. Clarity can receive a reconstructed screen layout and interactions. We never intentionally send email, serials, telemetry or setting values to analytics.

legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, abuse prevention, inverter-write audit, diagnostics and legal claims; you may object;
consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): precise location, optional notifications and separate GA4 and Clarity choices.
4. Analytics consent and masking
GA4 is used for aggregate screen, stability, retention and purchase statistics. User-ID, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Clarity is used to find interface problems. The entire app tree is strictly masked: text, images, inputs, email, serials, telemetry and setting values should not be readable. Clarity records layout, navigation and interaction points, not video from the camera.
Both choices are off by default, separate and stored locally. Change them under Account → Privacy and analytics. Withdrawal stops future collection; earlier data remains subject to retention and deletion processes.
5. Recipients and transfers
Core data is hosted on a private DigitalOcean server in Frankfurt, EU. Depending on features, recipients include DigitalOcean, Brevo, Google/Firebase, Microsoft Clarity, Apple or Google Play and Open-Meteo. Providers receive only data needed for their function. Google and Microsoft may process data outside the EEA under applicable adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
FREE stores no telemetry history beyond the minimum live state.
PRO history is kept while active and for 30 days after expiry, then deleted after notices.
account data lasts until deletion; billing, security and audit data lasts only as required by law or legal-claim periods.
GA4 user and event retention is set to no more than 14 months; aggregate reports may last longer.
Clarity playback data is normally kept 30 days and labelled or aggregate data up to 9 months under Microsoft settings.
7. Your rights
Delete the account in Account → Delete account and data. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate interests and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Polish Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Security, minors and changes
We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, limited sessions, pre-write reads, read-back and audit. No system is completely secure. The app is not specifically directed at children; a person without full contractual capacity should act with a legal representative’s consent. Material changes will be notified and new consent requested where required.
9. Independence
The app is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorised or endorsed by Afore. The Afore name and logo are used only to identify purpose and compatibility under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001.

GA4 riceve solo identificativo casuale dell’installazione, dispositivo, regione approssimativa ed eventi d’uso; niente email, seriali, telemetria o valori. Clarity ricostruisce layout e interazioni con mascheramento rigoroso dell’intera app, inclusi testo, immagini e campi. Le scelte sono separate, disattivate di default e modificabili in Account → Privacy e analisi.
4. Destinatari, trasferimenti e conservazione
I dati principali sono su DigitalOcean a Francoforte. Possibili destinatari: Brevo, Google/Firebase, Microsoft, Apple/Google Play e Open-Meteo. I trasferimenti extra SEE usano decisioni di adeguatezza, EU–US DPF o SCC. FREE non salva storico; PRO lo conserva durante l’abbonamento e 30 giorni dopo. GA4 massimo 14 mesi; Clarity normalmente 30 giorni, dati etichettati o aggregati fino a 9 mesi.
5. Diritti
Puoi cancellare l’account nell’app e chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità, opposizione e revoca. Puoi reclamare all’autorità di controllo. 5. Rechte
