Usługę świadczy PR MANAGEMENT POLSKA sp. z o.o., ul. Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, Polska; NIP 6252465931, REGON 380874279, KRS 0000742293, podatnik VAT i VAT UE („Operator”). Kontakt: support@aforecontrol.com, tel. +48 535 044 009. Warunki regulują aplikację, konto i usługi cyfrowe. Rejestrując konto lub korzystając z usługi, potwierdzasz zapoznanie się z Warunkami. Obowiązkowe prawa konsumenta i warunki App Store lub Google Play mają pierwszeństwo w zakresie, w którym nie mogą zostać umownie zmienione.
Usługa obejmuje monitoring i kontrolowane operacje na wspieranych falownikach Afore połączonych przez kompatybilny logger. Zakres odczytów i zapisów zależy od modelu, firmware’u, loggera, kraju, grid-code’u, uprawnień i funkcji udostępnionych przez urządzenie oraz producenta.
2. Konto i autoryzowany dostęp
Podajesz prawdziwy adres e-mail, chronisz hasło, PIN instalatora i urządzenie oraz niezwłocznie zgłaszasz podejrzenie przejęcia konta. Odpowiadasz za działania wykonane z Twojego konta, chyba że zgodnie z prawem odpowiada za nie Operator. Konto może utworzyć osoba zdolna zawrzeć umowę albo działająca za zgodą przedstawiciela ustawowego; aplikacja nie stosuje dodatkowej blokady wiekowej. Zakupy podlegają wymaganiom wieku i płatności właściwego sklepu.
Możesz obsługiwać wyłącznie instalację własną albo taką, do której właściciel nadał Ci odpowiednie uprawnienie. Instalator i członek zespołu działają w granicach dostępu oraz kwalifikacji. Zabronione są: omijanie zabezpieczeń, podszywanie się, dostęp do cudzych urządzeń, zakłócanie usługi, inżynieria wsteczna poza zakresem dopuszczonym prawem i użycie niezgodne z prawem.
3. Plany i limity
FREE: 1 falownik i monitoring live bez zapisywania historii telemetrycznej.
PRO: do 5 falowników B2C oraz historia, alerty, raporty, wspierane ustawienia i Smart Presets.
Installer PRO: funkcje serwisowe i limit 25 albo 100 aktywnych instalacji, zależnie od wariantu.
Aktualny zakres planu, cenę końcową, podatki, walutę i okres rozliczeniowy pokazuje sklep przed zakupem.
4. Subskrypcje, natychmiastowe wykonanie, odstąpienie i zwroty
Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie na taki sam okres, dopóki nie zostanie anulowana w ustawieniach App Store lub Google Play. Anulowanie działa na przyszłość; dostęp pozostaje aktywny do końca opłaconego okresu. Funkcje PRO uruchamiają się niezwłocznie po potwierdzeniu zakupu przez sklep, na wyraźne żądanie użytkownika.
W zakresie dozwolonym prawem Operator nie udziela dobrowolnych zwrotów ani kredytów za rozpoczęty okres, niewykorzystany czas, czasową niedostępność urządzenia lub zmianę zdania. Nie wyłącza to ustawowego prawa odstąpienia, roszczeń z tytułu braku zgodności usługi cyfrowej, proporcjonalnego rozliczenia, decyzji właściwego sklepu ani innych bezwzględnie obowiązujących praw. Jeżeli prawo pozwala utracić prawo odstąpienia dla treści cyfrowej po uprzedniej wyraźnej zgodzie na natychmiastowe spełnienie i przyjęciu do wiadomości utraty tego prawa, zastosowanie ma potwierdzenie złożone w procesie zakupu. Dla ciągłej usługi cyfrowej rozpoczętej na wyraźne żądanie przed upływem terminu odstąpienia użytkownik może być zobowiązany do zapłaty proporcjonalnej za świadczenie wykonane do chwili odstąpienia. Zwroty obsługuje sklep zgodnie z prawem i własnymi zasadami.
5. Ustawienia ochronne i Smart Presets
Aplikacja może zapewnić pełną zdalną kontrolę ustawień udostępnionych przez konkretny model, w tym napięcia, częstotliwości, mocy czynnej i biernej, współczynnika mocy, Q(U), P(f), P(U), limitu eksportu, ponownego przyłączenia i zabezpieczeń. Nie oznacza to, że każde urządzenie obsługuje każdą funkcję lub wartość.
„Ochrona 253 V” w obecnej wersji włącza ochronę średniej 10-minutowej 253,0 V / 3,00 s oraz ustawia oba szybkie progi 264,5 V / 0,20 s. „Efektywny” wyłącza ochronę średniej 10-minutowej i ustawia próg 1 na 271,0 V / 14 s oraz próg 2 na 272,9 V / 15 s. Wiążący jest zawsze pełny podgląd wartości pokazany bezpośrednio przed zastosowaniem, ponieważ wersja presetu może się zmienić. „Efektywny” wymaga osobnego potwierdzenia użycia na własne ryzyko i odpowiedzialność.
Użytkownik samodzielnie odpowiada za sprawdzenie przed każdą zmianą zgodności z prawem kraju instalacji, wymaganiami operatora systemu dystrybucyjnego lub dostawcy energii, właściwym grid-code’em, umową przyłączeniową, dokumentacją producenta, warunkami gwarancji, posiadanymi kwalifikacjami i zgodą właściciela. Preset nie jest poradą techniczną, projektem zabezpieczeń ani potwierdzeniem zgodności. W razie wątpliwości nie dokonuj zapisu i skontaktuj się z uprawnionym instalatorem lub operatorem sieci.
6. Procedura zapisu i obowiązki użytkownika
Przed zapisem aplikacja odczytuje bieżącą wartość, pokazuje urządzenie, wartość obecną i docelową, wymaga jawnego potwierdzenia, zapisuje wyłącznie zatwierdzony cel, wykonuje odczyt zwrotny i zachowuje audyt. Mechanizmy te zmniejszają ryzyko, ale nie gwarantują wykonania ani bezpieczeństwa skutku elektrycznego. Użytkownik ma obowiązek sprawdzić wynik, alarmy i pracę instalacji oraz przerwać działania przy rozbieżności, utracie łączności lub nietypowym zachowaniu.
7. Dostępność, dane urządzeń i brak doradztwa
Usługa zależy od falownika, loggera, zasilania, Internetu, protokołów producenta, usług chmurowych, sklepów i serwerów. Falownik lub logger może być normalnie niedostępny po zachodzie słońca. Telemetria może być opóźniona, niepełna albo błędna. Operator nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanej dostępności, określonego uzysku, oszczędności, uniknięcia wyłączeń ani kompatybilności niepotwierdzonej w aplikacji. Aplikacja nie zastępuje elektryka, instalatora, projektu, instrukcji producenta ani decyzji operatora sieci.
8. Własność intelektualna i niezależność
Operator udziela odwołalnej, niewyłącznej i nieprzenoszalnej licencji na używanie aplikacji zgodnie z Warunkami. Kontrola falownika: Afore (Inverter Control for Afore) jest niezależną aplikacją i nie jest powiązana, sponsorowana, autoryzowana ani zatwierdzona przez Afore. Nazwa i logo Afore należą do ich właściciela i są używane wyłącznie do wskazania przeznaczenia i kompatybilności, zgodnie z uczciwymi praktykami handlowymi i art. 14 ust. 1 lit. c oraz ust. 2 rozporządzenia (UE) 2017/1001.
9. Zawieszenie, zakończenie i dane
Operator może proporcjonalnie ograniczyć lub zawiesić dostęp, gdy jest to konieczne dla bezpieczeństwa, usunięcia awarii, wykonania prawa, ochrony użytkowników lub powstrzymania nadużycia. O ile nie ma pilnego zagrożenia, użytkownik otrzyma informację i możliwość wyjaśnienia. Po wygaśnięciu PRO historia jest chroniona przez 30 dni; powiadamiamy przed planowanym usunięciem. Konto można usunąć w aplikacji. Szczegóły określa Polityka prywatności.
10. Odpowiedzialność
Żadne postanowienie nie wyłącza odpowiedzialności, której nie można zgodnie z prawem wyłączyć, w szczególności za działanie umyślne, rażące niedbalstwo, szkodę na osobie, obowiązkową zgodność usługi cyfrowej i prawa konsumenta. W pozostałym, prawnie dopuszczalnym zakresie Operator nie odpowiada za skutki ustawień wybranych lub zatwierdzonych przez użytkownika, brak wymaganych uprawnień, naruszenie grid-code’u, wymagań operatora sieci lub instrukcji producenta, utratę gwarancji, działanie urządzeń i usług osób trzecich ani zdarzenia poza rozsądną kontrolą Operatora.
W relacjach B2B wyłączona jest odpowiedzialność za utracone korzyści, utratę produkcji, szkody pośrednie i następcze, a łączna odpowiedzialność Operatora jest ograniczona do opłat netto zapłaconych za usługę w 12 miesiącach poprzedzających zdarzenie; ograniczenie nie dotyczy odpowiedzialności, której prawo nie pozwala ograniczyć. Użytkownik B2B pokrywa uzasadnione roszczenia osób trzecich wynikające z jego nieautoryzowanego lub niezgodnego z prawem użycia usługi.
11. Reklamacje, prawo i zmiany
Reklamacje składaj na support@aforecontrol.com; podaj konto, datę, opis i oczekiwany sposób rozwiązania, ale nie przesyłaj hasła ani PIN-u. Odpowiadamy konsumentowi w terminie wymaganym prawem, co do zasady do 14 dni. Konsument może korzystać z właściwych pozasądowych sposobów rozwiązywania sporów i organu ochrony konsumentów w kraju zamieszkania.
Stosuje się prawo polskie, bez pozbawiania konsumenta ochrony bezwzględnie obowiązującego prawa kraju zwykłego pobytu. Dla B2B właściwy jest sąd siedziby Operatora. Nieważność jednego postanowienia nie narusza pozostałych. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy z wyprzedzeniem, a gdy prawo tego wymaga — poprosimy o zgodę. Zakupy podlegają też standardowej EULA Apple albo warunkom Google Play.

Available readings and writes depend on the model, firmware, logger, country, grid code, permissions and functions exposed by the device and manufacturer.
2. Account and authorised access
Provide accurate details, protect passwords, installer PINs and devices, and report suspected compromise. You may control only an installation you own or are authorised to access. Installers and team members must stay within granted permissions and qualifications. The app has no additional age gate, but legal capacity, representative consent and store rules apply. Security circumvention, impersonation, third-party device access, interference and unlawful use are prohibited.
3. Plans
FREE: one inverter and live monitoring without saved history.
PRO: up to five B2C inverters, history, alerts, reports, supported settings and Smart Presets.
Installer PRO: 25 or 100 active installations and service features.
The store shows final scope, price, taxes, currency and billing period before purchase.
4. Subscriptions, withdrawal and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the relevant store; access continues through the paid period. PRO starts immediately after store confirmation, at the user’s express request. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator offers no voluntary refund or credit for a started period, unused time, temporary device unavailability or change of mind. This does not exclude mandatory withdrawal rights, digital-service conformity remedies, proportional settlement, store decisions or other non-waivable rights. Where law permits loss of withdrawal for digital content after prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of that loss, the acknowledgement made during purchase applies. A continuous digital service started at the consumer’s express request may require proportionate payment up to withdrawal. Refunds are handled by the store.
5. Protection settings and Smart Presets
The app can provide full remote control of settings exposed by a specific model, including voltage, frequency, power, Q(U), P(f), P(U), export limits, reconnection and protection; not every device supports every function or value.
“253 V Protection” currently enables 10-minute average protection at 253.0 V / 3.00 s and sets both fast thresholds to 264.5 V / 0.20 s. “Efficient” disables 10-minute average protection and sets threshold 1 to 271.0 V / 14 s and threshold 2 to 272.9 V / 15 s. The full preview immediately before application always controls. “Efficient” requires a separate own-risk and responsibility acknowledgement.
The user is solely responsible for verifying local law, distribution-system or energy-supplier requirements, grid code, connection agreement, manufacturer documentation, warranty, qualifications and owner authorisation before every change. A preset is not engineering advice or a certificate of compliance. If unsure, do not write settings and contact a qualified installer or grid operator.
6. Write procedure
The app reads the current value, shows the device and current and target values, requires explicit confirmation, writes only the approved target, reads it back and stores an audit record. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee execution or electrical safety. The user must verify results, alarms and operation and stop if data differs, communication fails or behaviour is abnormal.
7. Availability and no professional advice
The service depends on the inverter, logger, power, Internet, manufacturer protocols, cloud services, stores and servers. Devices may normally be offline after sunset and telemetry may be delayed or wrong. The Operator does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular yield, savings, avoidance of trips or unconfirmed compatibility. The app does not replace an electrician, installer, engineering design, manufacturer instructions or grid-operator decision.
8. Intellectual property and independence
The licence is revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Inverter Control for Afore is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorised or endorsed by Afore. The Afore name and logo belong to their owner and are used only to indicate purpose and compatibility under honest commercial practices and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001.
9. Suspension and data
Access may be proportionately restricted for security, fault remediation, legal compliance or abuse prevention. Unless an urgent threat exists, notice and an opportunity to explain will be given. After PRO expires, history is protected for 30 days and deletion notices are sent. Accounts can be deleted in the app. See the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory digital-service conformity and consumer rights. Otherwise, to the fullest lawful extent, the Operator is not liable for consequences of settings selected or approved by the user, missing authorisation, breach of grid code or manufacturer rules, warranty loss, third-party devices or services, or events beyond reasonable control.
For B2B users, liability for lost profit, lost production and indirect or consequential loss is excluded and aggregate liability is capped at net fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where limitation is unlawful. A B2B user shall cover reasonable third-party claims caused by unauthorised or unlawful use.
11. Complaints and law
Send complaints to support@aforecontrol.com with the account, date, description and requested solution, but never a password or PIN. Consumer complaints are answered within the legally required period, normally 14 days. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. B2B disputes are subject to the court at the Operator’s registered office. Material changes will be notified in advance. Purchases are also subject to the Apple Standard EULA or Google Play Terms.

2. Account, piani e abbonamenti

PRO comprende fino a cinque inverter B2C, cronologia, rapporti, avvisi, impostazioni supportate e Smart Presets.

App Store o Google Play mostrano sempre prezzo finale, valuta e periodo di fatturazione prima dell’acquisto. L’abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente per lo stesso periodo finché non viene annullato nelle impostazioni dello store. Dopo l’annullamento, l’accesso resta attivo fino alla fine del periodo pagato, fatti salvi i diritti inderogabili del consumatore. Gli acquisti possono essere ripristinati nell’app.
2a. Esecuzione immediata, recesso e rimborsi
PRO inizia subito dopo la conferma dello store, su richiesta espressa. Nei limiti di legge non offriamo rimborsi volontari per un periodo iniziato, tempo non usato, indisponibilità temporanea o ripensamento. Restano integri i diritti inderogabili di recesso, conformità del servizio digitale, pagamento proporzionale e decisione dello store. L’eventuale perdita del recesso per contenuti digitali richiede previo consenso espresso e presa d’atto conforme alla legge.
3. Scadenza di PRO e dati
Dopo la scadenza di PRO, la cronologia è protetta per 30 giorni. Informiamo dell’eliminazione prevista nell’app, via e-mail e — previo consenso — tramite push. Il ritorno a PRO prima della scadenza conserva la cronologia. Consulta l’Informativa sulla privacy.
4. Impostazioni e responsabilità dell’utente
“Protezione 253 V” attiva la media su 10 minuti a 253,0 V / 3,00 s e soglie rapide 264,5 V / 0,20 s. “Efficiente” disattiva la media su 10 minuti e imposta 271,0 V / 14 s e 272,9 V / 15 s; richiede una conferma separata di rischio. Fa sempre fede l’anteprima prima dell’applicazione. L’utente è il solo responsabile di legge locale, requisiti del gestore o fornitore di energia, grid code, contratto, documentazione del produttore, garanzia, qualifiche e consenso del proprietario. La lettura prima della scrittura, la conferma, la rilettura e l’audit riducono il rischio ma non garantiscono sicurezza elettrica o conformità.
5. Disponibilità e responsabilità
Il servizio dipende da inverter, logger, alimentazione, Internet, protocolli del produttore, cloud, store e server; un dispositivo può essere normalmente offline dopo il tramonto. Nulla esclude responsabilità inderogabili. Nei limiti di legge l’Operatore non risponde di impostazioni approvate dall’utente, autorizzazioni mancanti, violazioni di grid code o istruzioni, perdita di garanzia, terzi o eventi fuori controllo. Per B2B sono esclusi lucro cessante, produzione persa e danni indiretti; la responsabilità totale è limitata alle quote nette dei 12 mesi precedenti, salvo divieto legale.
6. Indipendenza e marchi
Inverter Control for Afore è un’app indipendente e non è affiliata, sponsorizzata, autorizzata o approvata da Afore. Nome e logo Afore sono usati solo per indicare finalità e compatibilità.
7. Condizioni degli store, contatti e reclami
Agli acquisti si applicano anche le condizioni dello store pertinente, compresa l’EULA standard Apple o le condizioni Google Play. Domande e reclami: support@aforecontrol.com. Si applica la legge polacca, senza pregiudicare la tutela obbligatoria del consumatore nel suo Paese di residenza.

Inverter Control for Afore permite supervisar y realizar operaciones controladas en inversores Afore compatibles conectados a Internet mediante un logger compatible.
2. Cuenta, planes y suscripciones
FREE incluye un inversor, monitorización en directo y no guarda historial de telemetría.
PRO incluye hasta cinco inversores B2C, historial, informes, alertas, ajustes compatibles y Smart Presets.
Installer PRO incluye funciones de servicio y un límite de 25 o 100 instalaciones activas, según la variante.
App Store o Google Play muestran siempre el precio final, la moneda y el periodo de facturación antes de la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente por el mismo periodo hasta que se cancele en los ajustes de suscripciones de la tienda correspondiente. Tras la cancelación, el acceso sigue activo hasta el final del periodo pagado, sin perjuicio de los derechos imperativos del consumidor. Las compras se pueden restaurar en la aplicación.
2a. Ejecución inmediata, desistimiento y reembolsos
PRO comienza inmediatamente tras la confirmación de la tienda, a petición expresa. Dentro de lo permitido por ley no ofrecemos reembolsos voluntarios por un periodo iniciado, tiempo no usado, indisponibilidad temporal o cambio de opinión. Se mantienen los derechos imperativos de desistimiento, conformidad del servicio digital, liquidación proporcional y decisiones de la tienda. La eventual pérdida del desistimiento para contenido digital exige consentimiento previo expreso y reconocimiento conforme a la ley.
3. Caducidad de PRO y datos
Tras caducar PRO, el historial queda protegido durante 30 días. Informamos de la eliminación prevista en la aplicación, por correo electrónico y — con consentimiento — mediante push. Volver a PRO antes del plazo conserva el historial. Consulta la Política de privacidad.
4. Ajustes y responsabilidad del usuario
“Protección 253 V” activa la media de 10 minutos a 253,0 V / 3,00 s y umbrales rápidos de 264,5 V / 0,20 s. “Eficiente” desactiva la media y fija 271,0 V / 14 s y 272,9 V / 15 s; exige confirmación separada del riesgo. Siempre prevalece la vista previa antes de aplicar. El usuario es el único responsable de la ley local, requisitos del operador o proveedor de energía, grid code, contrato, documentación del fabricante, garantía, cualificaciones y autorización del propietario. Lectura previa, confirmación, relectura y auditoría reducen el riesgo, pero no garantizan seguridad eléctrica ni conformidad.
5. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad
El servicio depende de inversor, logger, alimentación, Internet, protocolos del fabricante, nube, tiendas y servidores; el equipo puede estar normalmente offline tras la puesta de sol. Nada excluye responsabilidades imperativas. Dentro de la ley, el Operador no responde de ajustes aprobados por el usuario, falta de autorización, infracción del grid code o instrucciones, pérdida de garantía, terceros o sucesos fuera de control. Para B2B se excluyen lucro cesante, producción perdida y daños indirectos; el límite total son las cuotas netas de los 12 meses anteriores, salvo prohibición legal.
6. Independencia y marcas
Inverter Control for Afore es una aplicación independiente y no está afiliada, patrocinada, autorizada ni aprobada por Afore. El nombre y el logotipo de Afore se usan solo para indicar finalidad y compatibilidad.
7. Condiciones de las tiendas, contacto y reclamaciones
Las compras también están sujetas a las condiciones de la tienda correspondiente, incluida la EULA estándar de Apple o las condiciones de Google Play. Preguntas y reclamaciones: support@aforecontrol.com. Se aplica la legislación polaca sin perjuicio de la protección obligatoria del consumidor en su país de residencia.

2. Account, abonnementen en betalingen
FREE omvat één omvormer, live monitoring en slaat geen telemetriegeschiedenis op.
PRO omvat maximaal vijf B2C-omvormers, geschiedenis, rapporten, waarschuwingen, ondersteunde instellingen en Smart Presets.
Installer PRO omvat servicefuncties en een limiet van 25 of 100 actieve installaties, afhankelijk van de variant.
De App Store of Google Play toont vóór aankoop altijd de definitieve prijs, valuta en factureringsperiode. Het abonnement wordt automatisch voor dezelfde periode verlengd totdat het in de abonnementsinstellingen van de betreffende store wordt opgezegd. Na opzegging blijft toegang actief tot het einde van de betaalde periode, met behoud van dwingende consumentenrechten. Aankopen kunnen in de app worden hersteld.
2a. Directe uitvoering, herroeping en terugbetaling
PRO start direct na bevestiging door de store, op uitdrukkelijk verzoek. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan bieden wij geen vrijwillige terugbetaling voor een begonnen periode, ongebruikte tijd, tijdelijke onbereikbaarheid of bedenking. Dwingende herroepings- en conformiteitsrechten, evenredige afrekening en storebeslissingen blijven gelden. Verlies van herroepingsrecht voor digitale inhoud vereist voorafgaande uitdrukkelijke toestemming en wettelijk vereiste erkenning.
3. Einde van PRO en gegevens

4. Instellingen en verantwoordelijkheid
“253 V-beveiliging” activeert de 10-minutengemiddelde bescherming op 253,0 V / 3,00 s en snelle drempels 264,5 V / 0,20 s. “Efficiënt” schakelt de gemiddelde bescherming uit en stelt 271,0 V / 14 s en 272,9 V / 15 s in; aparte risico-erkenning is vereist. De preview vóór toepassing is leidend. De gebruiker is volledig verantwoordelijk voor lokaal recht, eisen van netbeheerder of energieleverancier, gridcode, contract, fabrikantdocumentatie, garantie, kwalificaties en toestemming van de eigenaar. Vooraf lezen, bevestigen, teruglezen en audit beperken risico maar garanderen geen elektrische veiligheid of conformiteit.
5. Beschikbaarheid en aansprakelijkheid
De dienst hangt af van omvormer, logger, stroom, internet, fabrikantprotocollen, cloud, stores en servers; een apparaat kan na zonsondergang normaal offline zijn. Dwingende aansprakelijkheid blijft bestaan. Voor zover toegestaan is de Exploitant niet aansprakelijk voor door de gebruiker goedgekeurde instellingen, ontbrekende toestemming, gridcode- of instructieovertreding, garantieverlies, derden of overmacht. Voor B2B zijn winstderving, productieverlies en indirecte schade uitgesloten; totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de netto vergoedingen van de vorige 12 maanden, tenzij verboden.
6. Onafhankelijkheid en merken
Inverter Control for Afore is een onafhankelijke app en is niet gelieerd aan, gesponsord, geautoriseerd of goedgekeurd door Afore. Naam en logo van Afore worden alleen gebruikt om doel en compatibiliteit aan te geven.
7. Storevoorwaarden, contact en klachten
Op aankopen zijn ook de voorwaarden van de betreffende store van toepassing, waaronder de standaard-EULA van Apple of de Google Play-voorwaarden. Vragen en klachten: support@aforecontrol.com. Pools recht is van toepassing, onverminderd verplichte consumentenbescherming in het woonland van de consument.

1. Betreiber und Dienst
Der Dienst wird betrieben von PR MANAGEMENT POLSKA sp. z o.o., ul. Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, Polen; NIP 6252465931, REGON 380874279, KRS 0000742293. Inverter Control for Afore ermöglicht Überwachung und kontrollierte Vorgänge bei unterstützten Afore-Wechselrichtern, die über einen kompatiblen Logger mit dem Internet verbunden sind.
2. Konto, Tarife und Abonnements
FREE umfasst einen Wechselrichter und Live-Monitoring und speichert keinen Telemetrieverlauf.
PRO umfasst bis zu fünf B2C-Wechselrichter, Verlauf, Berichte, Alarme, unterstützte Einstellungen und Smart Presets.
Installer PRO umfasst Servicefunktionen und je nach Variante 25 oder 100 aktive Installationen.
App Store oder Google Play zeigen vor dem Kauf immer Endpreis, Währung und Abrechnungszeitraum. Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch um denselben Zeitraum, bis es in den Abonnementeinstellungen des jeweiligen Stores gekündigt wird. Nach der Kündigung bleibt der Zugriff bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv; zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt. Käufe können in der App wiederhergestellt werden.
2a. Sofortige Leistung, Widerruf und Erstattung
PRO beginnt nach Store-Bestätigung auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch sofort. Soweit zulässig, gibt es keine freiwillige Erstattung für begonnene Zeiträume, ungenutzte Zeit, vorübergehende Nichterreichbarkeit oder Meinungsänderung. Zwingende Widerrufs- und Konformitätsrechte, anteilige Abrechnung und Store-Entscheidungen bleiben unberührt. Ein Verlust des Widerrufsrechts für digitale Inhalte setzt vorherige ausdrückliche Zustimmung und gesetzeskonforme Kenntnisnahme voraus.
3. Ablauf von PRO und Daten
Nach Ablauf von PRO wird der Verlauf 30 Tage geschützt. Über die geplante Löschung informieren wir in der App, per E-Mail und — nach Einwilligung — per Push. Eine Rückkehr zu PRO vor Ablauf der Frist erhält den Verlauf. Einzelheiten enthält die Datenschutzerklärung.
4. Einstellungen und Nutzerverantwortung
„253-V-Schutz“ aktiviert den 10-Minuten-Mittelwert bei 253,0 V / 3,00 s und schnelle Schwellen 264,5 V / 0,20 s. „Effizient“ deaktiviert den Mittelwert und setzt 271,0 V / 14 s und 272,9 V / 15 s; eine gesonderte Risikobestätigung ist erforderlich. Maßgeblich ist die Vorschau vor Anwendung. Der Nutzer allein verantwortet örtliches Recht, Vorgaben von Netzbetreiber oder Energieversorger, Netzcode, Vertrag, Herstellerunterlagen, Garantie, Qualifikation und Eigentümerzustimmung. Vorablesung, Bestätigung, Rücklesen und Audit mindern Risiken, garantieren aber weder elektrische Sicherheit noch Konformität.
5. Verfügbarkeit und Haftung
Der Dienst hängt von Wechselrichter, Logger, Strom, Internet, Herstellerprotokollen, Cloud, Stores und Servern ab; Geräte können nach Sonnenuntergang normal offline sein. Zwingende Haftung bleibt unberührt. Soweit zulässig haftet der Betreiber nicht für nutzerbestätigte Einstellungen, fehlende Erlaubnis, Netzcode- oder Anweisungsverstoß, Garantierverlust, Dritte oder Ereignisse außerhalb seiner Kontrolle. Bei B2B sind entgangener Gewinn, Produktionsausfall und mittelbare Schäden ausgeschlossen; die Gesamthaftung ist auf Nettoentgelte der vorigen 12 Monate begrenzt, soweit zulässig.
6. Unabhängigkeit und Marken
Inverter Control for Afore ist eine unabhängige App und weder mit Afore verbunden noch von Afore gesponsert, autorisiert oder empfohlen. Name und Logo von Afore werden nur zur Angabe von Zweck und Kompatibilität verwendet.
7. Store-Bedingungen, Kontakt und Beschwerden
Für Käufe gelten zusätzlich die Bedingungen des jeweiligen Stores, darunter die Apple-Standard-EULA oder die Google-Play-Bedingungen. Fragen und Beschwerden: support@aforecontrol.com. Es gilt polnisches Recht, unbeschadet des zwingenden Verbraucherschutzes im Wohnsitzland des Verbrauchers.

Le service est exploité par PR MANAGEMENT POLSKA sp. z o.o., ul. Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, Pologne ; NIP 6252465931, REGON 380874279, KRS 0000742293. Inverter Control for Afore permet la surveillance et des opérations contrôlées sur les onduleurs Afore pris en charge et connectés à Internet au moyen d’un logger compatible.
2. Compte, offres et abonnements
FREE comprend un onduleur, la surveillance en direct et n’enregistre pas l’historique de télémétrie.
PRO comprend jusqu’à cinq onduleurs B2C, l’historique, les rapports, les alertes, les réglages pris en charge et les Smart Presets.
Installer PRO comprend les fonctions de service et une limite de 25 ou 100 installations actives selon la variante.
L’App Store ou Google Play affiche toujours le prix final, la devise et la période de facturation avant l’achat. L’abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement pour la même période jusqu’à son annulation dans les réglages d’abonnement du store concerné. Après annulation, l’accès reste actif jusqu’à la fin de la période payée, sous réserve des droits impératifs du consommateur. Les achats peuvent être restaurés dans l’application.
2a. Exécution immédiate, rétractation et remboursement
PRO commence immédiatement après confirmation du store, à la demande expresse de l’utilisateur. Dans les limites légales, aucun remboursement volontaire n’est accordé pour une période commencée, du temps non utilisé, une indisponibilité temporaire ou un changement d’avis. Restent applicables les droits impératifs de rétractation et de conformité, le règlement proportionnel et les décisions du store. La perte éventuelle du droit de rétractation pour un contenu numérique exige un consentement exprès préalable et la reconnaissance prévue par la loi.
3. Expiration de PRO et données
Après l’expiration de PRO, l’historique est protégé pendant 30 jours. Nous informons de la suppression prévue dans l’application, par e-mail et — après consentement — par push. Le retour à PRO avant l’échéance conserve l’historique. Consultez la Politique de confidentialité.
4. Réglages et responsabilité de l’utilisateur
« Protection 253 V » active la moyenne sur 10 minutes à 253,0 V / 3,00 s et les seuils rapides 264,5 V / 0,20 s. « Efficace » désactive la moyenne et règle 271,0 V / 14 s et 272,9 V / 15 s ; une confirmation distincte des risques est exigée. L’aperçu avant application prévaut. L’utilisateur est seul responsable du droit local, des exigences du gestionnaire ou fournisseur d’énergie, du code réseau, du contrat, de la documentation constructeur, de la garantie, des qualifications et de l’autorisation du propriétaire. Lecture préalable, confirmation, relecture et audit réduisent le risque sans garantir sécurité électrique ni conformité.
5. Disponibilité et responsabilité
Le service dépend de l’onduleur, logger, alimentation, Internet, protocoles constructeur, cloud, stores et serveurs ; un appareil peut normalement être hors ligne après le coucher du soleil. Aucune responsabilité impérative n’est exclue. Dans les limites légales, l’Exploitant ne répond pas des réglages approuvés par l’utilisateur, absence d’autorisation, violation du code réseau ou des instructions, perte de garantie, tiers ou événements hors contrôle. Pour le B2B, perte de profit, production perdue et dommages indirects sont exclus ; la responsabilité totale est limitée aux frais nets des 12 mois précédents, sauf interdiction.
6. Indépendance et marques
Inverter Control for Afore est une application indépendante, sans affiliation avec Afore, et n’est ni sponsorisée, ni autorisée, ni approuvée par Afore. Le nom et le logo Afore sont utilisés uniquement pour indiquer la finalité et la compatibilité.
7. Conditions des stores, contact et réclamations
Les achats sont également soumis aux conditions du store concerné, notamment le contrat EULA standard d’Apple ou les conditions de Google Play. Questions et réclamations : support@aforecontrol.com. Le droit polonais s’applique sans préjudice de la protection impérative du consommateur dans son pays de résidence.
